i swear i'll never cry
over a worthless thing like you
who never came on cue
to things like my problems
or my spaces or columns
i wonder why i stuck around
or listened to all your sound
to times where i never broke
or when you had drugs, coke
to some extent i hate you
or maybe your person, ew
sometimes it hurts
when you ignore me, so curt
i want to break down and cry
but i remembered i told myself
